Oklahoma man charged with murder – Arkansas man found dead

A 59-year-old Newalla man is accused in the death of an Arkansas man who had been missing for over a year, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office. He was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie and blue jeans and reportedly left his home on foot. On Sept. 5, sheriff's office investigators, with assistance from the FBI, Arkansas State Police and other agencies, found Ward's body in Damascus, Arkansas. Investigators in Oklahoma arrested Bobby Gene Glover on Wednesday. He is currently being held in the Cleveland County Jail on a charge of possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony and held in Arkansas.>> Download the KOCO 5 app. Arkansas court records show Glover was charged Thursday with one count of premeditated murder and one count of desecration of a corpse. In a social media post, sheriff's office officials wrote, “Our thoughts and prayers are with William Ward's family and friends.
