Magnolia man charged with aggressive driving in Lincoln

A Magnolia man is facing charges after an incident of driving aggression in August.

The incident occurred on August 28 on Isaacs Road near Cedar Creek Road when the man fired shots at another vehicle. The driver of the car was uninjured and police were searching for the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado.

After a warrant was issued for his arrest, 35-year-old James Cullen III turned himself in to Troop 4, where he was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and first-degree reckless endangerment. Cullen was arraigned by the Second Judicial District Justice of the Peace and released on $13,000 bail.
