Ontario County man arrested for sexual assault after incident at Dollar General – Finger Lakes Daily News

An investigation conducted by the Ontario County Sheriff's Office at the Dollar General Store in the Town of Manchester resulted in the arrest of a Shortsville man on Saturday.

No further details were released other than that 49-year-old Anthony Fluke was charged with sexual abuse and sexual assault.

Fluke was released on a summons to appear in Manchester Town Court following his arraignment.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime constitutes merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
