Inactive Seahawks players at Patriots – 2024, Week 2

FOXBOROUGH – Running back Kenneth Walker III and right tackle George Fant are out for the Seahawks' Week 2 game against the Patriots after both were listed as questionable on Friday's injury report.

However, the Seahawks will have to rely on starting linebackers Tyrel Dodson and Jerome Baker, both of whose participation was questionable in the injury report.

Walker and Fant both suffered injuries in Seattle's win over the Broncos in Week 1. Fant left the game in the first quarter with a knee injury and Walker injured his oblique muscle late in the game.

Also missing due to injury are outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu and tight end Pharaoh Brown, who both missed last week's game.

With Walker and Fant unable to play, the Seahawks have signed running back George Holani and tackle McClendon Curtis from the practice squad to bolster their respective positions. Sunday, Holani, an undrafted rookie out of Boise State, will make his NFL debut.

Unlike last week, rookie center Jalen Sundell is active as a replacement for Connor Williams, while Olu Oluwatimi is inactive.
