Game updates, live scores in NFL Week 2

LANDOVER, Maryland — The New York Giants are focusing on preparation instead of panicking. It's a game, they say – a game with a frustratingly bad score after the Minnesota Vikings handed them a 28-6 loss in the season opener for both teams.

Daniel Jones had problems. The pass rush was neutralized, with the exception of Dexter Lawrence. Hardly anything went right.

But when the Giants take the field here at Northwest Stadium on Sunday afternoon, coach Brian Daboll isn't promising any sweeping changes to the lineup, schedule or process by which Big Blue prepares for what will ultimately be a massive game against an NFC East opponent that's essentially in the same weight class.
