Man arrested after long series of robberies in Long Beach

Police announced Sunday that they had arrested a man they believe committed a long series of business robberies and commercial burglaries in Long Beach.

Authorities suspect Tyler Isaac Cooper, 23, of committing nine business robberies that began in January and ended in September, as well as 10 commercial burglaries that began on Jan. 1 and ended July 18, Long Beach police reported.

Cooper is said to have robbed the same Atlantic Avenue store on August 15, September 5, and September 9.
