The cast of Abbott Elementary walks the red carpet at the 2024 Emmys

The Abbott Elementary School Occupation can certainly school Us on a variety of topics and fashion on the red carpet is definitely one of them.

Creator and star of the show Quinta Brunson and their co-stars – including Chris Perfetti — was the star of the 2024 Emmy Awards on Sunday, Sept. 15. Brunson, 34, wore a figure-hugging black evening gown, while Perfetti, 35, paired a flowing white top with black pants while posing for photos.

Abbott Elementary School is nominated for six trophies at the awards ceremony, including Best Comedy Series, Best Directing for a Comedy Series and Best Writing for a Comedy Series. Brunson, Williams, Ralph and Janelle James also received nominations for their respective acting performances.

The first three seasons of Abbott Elementary School were a resounding success with critics and fans alike. Season 4 will air on ABC in October, but all storylines were kept top secret before filming began.

“Quinta plays so close to the chest,” co-star Lisa Ann Walter exclusively told We weekly in July. “Every now and then she comes by, for example when we are at a For Your Consideration event [to say]”You're going to be so excited about your character's storyline. Oh wait, I won't give it away.”
