NFL Week 2 Results: Chiefs Outlast Bengals With Time-Expired Field Goal, Cardinals Destroy Rams

The Kansas City Chiefs know how to find a way. After a pass interference penalty on fourth-and-16 gave the Chiefs some life in the final minute, kicker Harrison Butker hit the goal posts as the clock hit zero to help Kansas City to a 26-25 victory over the Bengals. Patrick Mahomes threw two touchdowns, but also two interceptions as KC lost the ball three times on the day. Cincinnati also had a costly turnover, a fumble that was returned 38 yards and returned for a touchdown by Chamarri Conner.

The Arizona Cardinals also got a big win, albeit with a little less stress at the end, with a 41-10 rout of the Rams. Kyler Murray had a perfect 158.3 passer rating and threw three touchdown passes in the win. The Rams may have lost more than just the game, though – All-Pro receiver Cooper Kupp left the game early and was seen wearing a walking boot after failing to return.

In Denver, the Pittsburgh Steelers once again showed their strengths on defense, beating the Broncos 13-6. Justin Fields threw for just 117 yards but didn't lose the ball, and Pittsburgh ran for 141 yards in the win. The Steelers' defense has allowed just 16 points in the team's two games this season.
