“Did ChatGPT just message first?”: Redditor shares viral AI conversation surprise | Trends

When OpenAI introduced ChatGPT, a virtual assistant chatbot, people were intrigued and surprised. Over time, it became a popular tool for seeking help with projects, asking questions, or just having a conversation. While users usually have to initiate interactions, a recent post that went viral on social media shows ChatGPT starting an exchange itself.

Redditor “SentuBill” reported the incident with a snapshot of his chat with the AI ​​model. In the conversation, ChatGPT asks: “How was your first week of high school? Did you settle in well?”

ChatGPT then confirms that it wants to send messages first and also says that it wanted to ask how the first week of high school went. It also adds, “If you'd rather start the conversation yourself, just let me know!”
