Tito Jackson dies at the age of 70

Tito Jacksonthe brother of MichaelJackson and co-founder of the Jackson 5, has died.

Tito's three sons – Taj, TJ And Taryl – confirmed his death in a joint Instagram statement… and said they were all shocked and saddened, while describing their father as someone who cared for everyone and who will be sorely missed. An official cause of death has not yet been announced.

Tito, the older brother of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, was born Toriano Adaryll Jackson. Joe Jackson And Katherine Jackson in Gary, Indiana. Tito founded the pop group of the famous family together with his brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Marlonand of course Michael.

The Jackson 5 had a string of chart hits, including “I Want You Back,” “ABC,” and “The Love You Save.” The group released 10 albums as The Jackson 5 and five more as The Jacksons.

Tito was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 along with the other Jackson 5.

Tito also pursued a solo career and recorded two albums in 2016, including “Tito Time”.

During the Jacksons' tour in 1984, Tito reunited with his brothers.
