Grand jury indicts man on escape and drug trafficking charges | NewsRadio 1230 AM/99.3 FM | Hopkinsville's News Leader

A Christian County grand jury indicted him on Friday on charges of evading police, drug trafficking and theft.

Dustin Duley, 27, of Springfield, was charged with first-degree eluding police and receiving stolen goods after he reportedly led police on a chase that began in Tennessee and ended in Pembroke on July 31.

Danasia Blaine, 23, of Hopkinsville, was charged with multiple counts after she was allegedly found in possession of several controlled substances between January and May. Blaine was charged with three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance for fentanyl, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance for cocaine, and trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school property.

Zara Matlock, 22, of Hopkinsville was charged with second-degree domestic violence after she reportedly got into an altercation on July 22 and inflicted severe lacerations on the victim's ear.

Richard LaPlante, 58, of Crofton, was charged with multiple counts after he unlawfully entered a building and stole several items on April 1 and 2. LaPlante was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of third-degree criminal damage to property.

Alejandro Daniel, 21, of Hopkinsville was charged with multiple counts after reportedly stalking a person who was the victim of a reckless endangerment case involving Daniel on July 15. Daniel was charged with first-degree stalking, armed possession of marijuana and possession of prohibited ammunition during a crime.
