The New Orleans Saints mean business.

Star running back Alvin Kamara scored four goals – three on the ground and one in the air – and Carr made another statement by completing 12 of his 17 pass attempts for 250 yards (14.7 yards per attempt), two Touchdowns and an interception.

PLAYER OF THE GAME

Although he only fell behind 18 times, Derek Carr delivered an outstanding performance as the signal-caller for this offense, finishing the game 12 of 17 passes for 250 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, although that interception was due to a deflected pass and not a bad decision.

On passes of 10 or more yards, Carr completed 5 of 6 passes for 158 yards and scored the touchdown, a spectacular 70-yard pass to Rashid Shaheed.
