Even before Jessica Gunning took the stage to accept the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or a Movie for Netflix. Baby reindeerThe 76th Emmy Awards had already classified the category as pretty extreme. The awards ceremony in the name of the “TV Villains” was carried out by Anthony Starr (The boys), Giancarlo Esposito (The Mandalorian, Breaking Bad), And Kathy Bates (American Horror Story, Misery) – an intimidating trio, even when they are just standing there being announced. But soon Bates dropped what may be the best joke we have ever heard Robert F. Kennedy And Brad Falchuks long-running horror anthology.

“I don't know what's going on. I can't put my finger on it. But it's different now. There's been a change. It's like something is opening up in the world. A kind of hole in the center of nothingness. What I saw today was they sent psychiatrists for everyone who worked on that crime scene. They say, 'Well, honey, evil has always existed.' And quote a statistic about how the world is getting better, less murder, more help, less global horror, there's never been a better time to be alive…” Nash-Betts says in the voiceover. “Come back. It's not getting better. And I always need to hear your answers because something is happening around us and nobody sees it but me,” the voiceover ends with a great cliffhanger.
