Cape Girardeau man arrested on drug charges | News







CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri – A Cape Girardeau, Missouri man is in custody on multiple drug charges following his arrest on September 13, 2024.

Officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department assisted the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force with a search warrant in the 300 block of N. West End Boulevard.

Officers identified 21-year-old Collin Pearl as the sole occupant of the apartment.

There were two arrest warrants against Pearl from other authorities.

During the search, officers found approximately 810 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 85 grams of suspected cocaine, 9 kg of marijuana, 13 Xanax pills, a loaded firearm and various drug paraphernalia.

The Cape Girardeau County District Attorney's Office charged Pearl with trafficking in a Class C controlled substance (X's 2) and unlawful use of a weapon (E).

Pearl is currently being held on $200,000 cash bail.
