He was reportedly drunk at Eric Church's Nashville bar, Chief's, on April 7. In the early hours of April 8, he was arrested after throwing a chair off the roof of the bar. Unfortunately for the singer, it landed on Broadway in downtown Nashville, just feet away from two police officers.

The singer was reportedly upset after reading the news that his ex was in a new relationship.
