Kelly Osbourne claims that rehab is “teaching her how to be a better drug addict”

Matthew Perry was unable to speak or move due to a ketamine seizure a few days before his death

Kelly Osbourne doesn't hold back.

The 39-year-old recently gave a brutally honest account of her experiences with rehab as part of the new TMZ documentary. TMZ investigates Matthew Perry and the secret celebrity drug ring.

“The first rehab I went to was like a university where I learned how to be a better drug addict,” Osbourne, who had been in rehab for seven years, told TMZ founder Harvey Levin in a preview clip of the documentary. “I learned so many tricks, so many things that I would never have thought of from the other addicts who were there.”

She continued, “I've also seen people threaten to leave until they get what they want. Whether it was Ambien to help them sleep or Valium for their nerves, they got it somehow.”

Or as Levin put it, “So the rehab clinic is faced with the question: 'Give me the drugs or I'll leave and you'll lose your $100,000.'”

It is an ultimatum that Osbourne claimed would work and that rehab facilities would then give their patients “whatever they ask for.”
