3 people arrested for attempted murder and conspiracy to murder a Williamson County judge

Three people are facing charges in Williamson County. They are accused of killing several people and planning to murder a Williamson County judge.

This began with a shooting in Liberty Hill on March 8, 2024, at around 2:30 a.m. that left a woman and a man injured. A teenager reported that his mother and her boyfriend were shot by an intruder who forcibly entered their home in the 100 block of Hillcrest Lane.

The woman was shot eleven times and her boyfriend was shot twice. Despite the severity of their injuries, both victims have recovered.

An investigation by Liberty Hill Police, the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and the FBI led to the arrest of three people for the shootings. They are also accused of plotting to assassinate a Williamson County judge.

We expect to hear more from the Sheriff's Office at a press conference Wednesday at noon at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office headquarters.
