Car crash in Woodbridge Township: 2 adults and 17-year-old girl killed in car crash on Garden State Parkway in New Jersey

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, N.J. (WABC) — Two adults and a 17-year-old girl were killed in a car accident on the Garden State Parkway.

The accident occurred shortly before midnight Saturday on the north side of the Parkway in Woodbridge Township.

According to the New Jersey State Police, 54-year-old David Dryerman was driving a Tesla when the car left the road. The car then struck a sign, a guardrail and a concrete bridge support.

Officials say Dryerman and two passengers, 54-year-old Michele Dryerman and a 17-year-old girl, were killed in the crash. All three victims are from Woodcliff Lake.

In a message posted on Facebook, Woodcliff Lake Mayor Carlos A. Rendo expressed his condolences.

“I just learned of this terrible tragedy. I have ordered our flags to be lowered. I am in shock. Please pray for the family,” Rendo said.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
