Dry and cool today, about 10-15 degrees below normal. Another fall storm is expected for Wednesday/Thursday, with snow levels in Mammoth above ~9,500 feet, with perhaps 2-4 inches of snow over the summit of Mammoth. Owens Valley also has a 50%-70% chance of light showers for Wednesday/Thursday. Despite all of this, temperatures remain well below normal. We should reach seasonal norms by the weekend, with additional warming early next week as high pressure builds back up…DMATT
