Former Patriots fan Patrick Pass arrested after allegedly assaulting elderly man in gym

Former NFL fullback Patrick Pass — who served for seven seasons as Tom Brady's teammate in New England – was arrested Wednesday … after being accused of shoving an older man during a gym altercation last month.

Accordingly NBC 10 WJARPolice said the incident occurred on August 28 at a Planet Fitness in North Providence, Rhode Island.

Police say the former football player – now 46 – pushed an 82-year-old man to the ground during a dispute over exercise equipment. Authorities believe the man suffered back injuries in the altercation.

Court records show that Pass faced two criminal charges: one count of assault on a person over 60 and one count of disorderly conduct.

Pass now has to face a judge in this case in January.

Pass joined the Patriots in the 2000 New England Draft, along with Brady… and played in Foxborough until 2006 – and won three Super Bowls.
