Full UFC Edmonton fight card confirmed with Moreno vs. Albazi in main event

A total of 13 fights have been confirmed for UFC Fight Night on November 2 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Canada. The main event is a flyweight bout between former champion and No. 2 Brandon Moreno and No. 3 Amir Albazi.

The 30-year-old Mexican Moreno (21-8-2) is looking to get back on track after suffering two split decision losses to old rivals Brandon Royval and Alexandre Pantoja in February and last July. The 30-year-old Albazi (17-1) of Iraq is seeking his seventh straight victory, following his split decision win over Kai Kara-France last time out in June 2023.

The co-main event is a women's flyweight bout between No. 3-ranked Erin Blanchfield and No. 5 Rose Namajunas. Blanchfield (12-2), 25, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, lost her last fight in March by unanimous decision to Manon Fiorot, which ended her nine-fight winning streak. Namajunas (13-6), 32, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, won two fights by unanimous decision against Tracy Cortez in July and Amanda Ribas in March.

Also on the schedule is a heavyweight bout between NOLA's former title challenger and No. 11 ranked Derrick Lewis (28-12, 1 NC) and undefeated Brazilian Jhonata Diniz (8-0). Caio Machado (8-3-1) and Brendson Ribeiro (15-7) meet in an all-Brazilian light heavyweight contest.

In addition, Canadian Marc-Andre Barriault (16-8, 1 NC) and Dustin Stoltzfus (15-6) from Germany will compete in the middleweight division. Mike Malott (10-2-1) from Canada and Trevin Giles (16-6) from San Antonio, Texas, will fight in the welterweight division. Ariane Lipski (17-9) from Brazil and Jasmine Jasudavicius (11-3) from Canada will compete in the women's flyweight division.

In addition, Canadian Aiemann Zahabi (11-2) will compete in the bantamweight division against Brazilian Pedro Munhoz (20-9). Also in the bantamweight division, Canadian Charles Jourdain (15-8-1) will make his debut in the division against Victor Henry (24-6, 1 NC) from South Gate, California.

The card closes with Romanian Alexander Romanov (17-3) fighting Brazilian Rodrigo Nascimento (11-2, 1 NC) in a heavyweight bout. Ukrainian-born, Canadian-based Serhiy Sidey (10-2) will face Garrett Armfield (10-4) of Springfield, Missouri in a bantamweight bout.

In another bantamweight clash, Chad Anheliger (13-7) of Canada will face Cody Gibson (21-10) of Blackwell, Oklahoma. The first round will be a flyweight bout between Jamey-Lyn Horth (6-1) of Canada and Ivana Petrovic (7-1) of Norway.
