In Scituate, Massachusetts, the combination of a lunar eclipse and a supermoon created a mesmerizing display over the Scituate Lighthouse that was truly awe-inspiring.

Utah photographer Scott T. Taylor captured a stunning shot of the full moon rising over the valley, perfectly capturing the eerie beauty of the night.

Tuesday's full moon is often called the Harvest Moon or Corn Moon, reflecting its importance to farmers. As the sun begins its descent, this moonlight provides extra hours of light, helping with the harvest of crops.

A perfect example of this was seen by farmers at Malkow Farms in Monroe, Wisconsin, when the supermoon shone brightly on their soybeans.
