Who was voted out first?

The first episode of Season 47 of “Survivor” (or Season 47, if you’re a diehard fan of the show) kicked off with a bang on Wednesday, as the 18 newest castaways hit the beaches and jungles of Fiji and took on a demanding challenge involving mud and heavy puzzle pieces.

In the first episode of the latest season of CBS' long-running reality competition show, contestants were split into three tribes of six each: Tuku, Lavo and Gata. After the challenge, in which Gata won storage supplies, paranoia and tribal dynamics were already in full swing, with some players struggling to find their place while others gained coveted “cautionary” advantages.

But as is the case in episodes of “Survivor,” only one tribe competed against host Jeff Probst at Tribal Council, and only one player was voted out by his fellow tribesmen.
