*Update – Victim identified* State Police investigate fatal crash involving tractor and school bus in New Castle – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have arrested the 85-year-old Wayne proud of New Castle, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal accident involving a tractor and a school bus in New Castle on September 16, 2024.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Corporal D.
