Delaware State Police have arrested the 85-year-old Wayne proud of New Castle, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal accident involving a tractor and a school bus in New Castle on September 16, 2024.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Corporal D. McKenna by phone at 302-365-8486. Information can also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contact Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
