Coach Chris Brinkley has declared Brooklyn Nets point forward Ben Simmons to be 100% healthy – but is that true? The Nets big man has famously struggled with physical injuries and mental health issues that have kept the Louisiana State University graduate off the court for most of the past few seasons, leaving most of the team's fans yearning for him to be traded at the first opportunity.

But is there any chance that he will actually bounce back this season, both literally and figuratively? Would it make sense to keep the Australian swingman if he looked similar to how he used to? The hosts of the podcast “Locked on Nets”, Adam Armbrecht and Doug Norrie, took a closer look at these questions in a recent episode of their show.

Check out the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say about Simmons' health and what it could mean for the Nets.
