Freedom students 'still feel safe' on campus but 'upset' over stabbing incident | News

Freedom High School Principal Steve Amaro says Freedom High School students still felt safe on campus nearly a week after a student involved in a fight was caught with a knife he dropped during the fight.

“Our data shows that students feel safe so far,” Amaro said. “We will be conducting another student survey at the end of this quarter to find out. Your voice is important.”

Amaro added that when students returned to school on Monday, they were upset about the situation and the student who brought the knife to campus.
