Jets vs. Patriots SGP for Week 3: Allen Lazard Props

The New York Jets face the New England Patriots in a crucial Thursday Night Football game, and if you're looking for a lucrative bet, Allen Lazard is a prime target for a same game parlay (SGP).

Lazard's average depth of target (aDOT) was also promising, at 10.4 yards in Week 1 and 13.0 yards in Week 2. This fits well with a Patriots defense that has been great in the run game but vulnerable in the pass game. New England has allowed the eighth-most air yards to wide receivers this season, despite the presence of emerging CB Christian Gonzalez.

Gonzalez held DK Metcalf to just 24 yards on three catches while covering him in Week 2, but Metcalf and other Seahawks receivers shined when they faced other Patriots defenders, with Jaxon Smith-Njigba managing a remarkable 117 yards on 12 catches (16 attempts). If Gonzalez shadows Jets WR Garrett Wilson, Lazard could become the Jets' second target, making him a strong bet for a big game.

Lazard already has a target share of 22.4%, trailing only Wilson's 29.3%. He also leads the team with four red zone targets. With Mike Williams still limited due to injury, Lazard should play a major role in this Thursday night showdown.
