28-year-old man arrested by Snoqualmie police for immoral communication with minors

On September 19, 2024, at approximately 5:20 p.m., Snoqualmie Police officers arrested a 28-year-old man in Jeanne Hansen Park for communicating with a minor through an electronic device for immoral purposes.

Earlier that same day, the mother of a 15-year-old girl contacted Snoqualmie police to report that her daughter may have received inappropriate Snapchat messages from her former soccer coach.

An investigation into the allegations was immediately launched. Based on the investigation, officials arrested Cascade FC soccer coach Joshua Lewis.

Lewis was taken to the King County Jail in Seattle, where he will be held without bail pending his first court appearance.

This is an ongoing investigation. Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. Anyone with additional information or who believes they may have had inappropriate contact with Lewis in the past is asked to contact Snoqualmie Police at 425-888-3333.
