The couple got engaged last December. During the interview with Fallon, Lovato revealed that they made sure their wedding planning got underway soon after their engagement. They also didn't want any stress related to the big day. When Jimmy Fallon asked the singer if they would sing at her wedding, Lovato confirmed that they wouldn't because they don't want the occasion to feel like work.

Demi Lovato revealed her wedding plans with now-fiancé Jordan Lutes during a recent appearance on Jimmy Fallon's show. The “Cool for the Summer” singer explained that they started planning their wedding as soon as they got engaged. They said, “We've been planning the wedding for quite some time.” The pop star continued, “We got engaged in December and met with a wedding planner about a month later. I wanted to know in advance. I don't want to be stressed.”

Fallon then asked Lovato if they planned to sing at their own wedding ceremony. The singer quickly replied, “I won't.” They went on to explain that they want to make their wedding day stress-free. Demi added, “I want this to not feel like work at all.”

During the interview, Demi Lovato also talked about her new documentary, Child Star. The singer made her directorial debut with this documentary, which she co-directed with Nicola Marsh. In addition to Lovato, the film also stars Drew Barrymore, Christina Ricci, Raven-Symoné, JoJo Siwa, Alyson Stoner and Kenan Thompson. Child Star is currently available to watch online on Hulu.
