6ix9ine accused in new lawsuit of physical and sexual abuse by ex

6ix9ine's ex-girlfriend Yailin La Más Viral has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming that he physically, sexually, psychologically and financially abused her and took revenge on her with revenge porn.

According to documents provided by TMZ On Friday (September 20), Yailin (real name Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz) made numerous allegations, claiming that her ex manipulated her, forced her to undergo plastic surgery, stole thousands of dollars from her, exerted power over her, and kept her in a drugged state throughout the duration of their relationship.

She also said that he posted sexually explicit videos and photos of her on X as revenge when she broke up with him last month (over his alleged theft and cheating).

Although she notes that the posts have since been removed, she is seeking over $1 million in damages for the emotional distress they caused and wants the court to prevent him from ever posting anything about her again.

In a statement to TMZ6ix9ine denied the allegations: “All the jewelry is mine… the car she drives in, I bought… the Penthouse shoe [sic] arrived in the Dominican Republic, I bought… I took care of her family, her daughter – when I met her she had a two-month-old baby – I put diapers and food on the table for them.”

Prior to this latest event, 6ix9ine was on a professional high, as his confidence skyrocketed following his performance in front of a packed crowd in Romania over the summer.

On July 14, shortly after taking the stage at the Beach, Please! festival in Northern Dobruja, the New York native shared a clip of his performance in front of the roaring crowd to remind his fans and followers of his popularity.

“I can take a lot of time off,” he wrote in the caption. “But I will never stop being THE BEST to ever do this RAP shit. In marketing, videos, music, performances.”
