A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after an accident at the corner of McGregor Boulevard and Sandra Drive.

According to Fort Myers police, the accident occurred around 5:30 p.m. and the man was taken to Gulf Coast Medical Center with a head injury.

Police told NBC2 teams on scene that it was a single-vehicle accident.
