21-year-old man arrested after allegedly sexually abusing 13-year-old girl in Brockton – Boston 25 News

BROCKTON, Massachusetts – A 21-year-old man was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in Brockton.

According to police, the teenager was on her way home from West Middle School on Tuesday when she was approached by a man in the driveway of a home on West Elm Street.

After a brief struggle, the victim managed to escape and run home, police said.

Police described the man as a black man in his 20s who was missing two front teeth. The suspect was wearing a black shirt with colorful lettering and gray pants and was riding a blue bicycle with white lettering.

School police worked with Brockton police to execute a search warrant at 20 Cherry Street in Brockton on Friday evening.

Investigators found the suspect, 21-year-old Markenson Beuge, in Easton and brought him to the Brockton Police Department.

Beuge will go on trial next week for sexual assault.
