MAGA agitator Matt Gaetz is accused in shocking new court documents of attending a wild, drug- and sex-fueled party with a 17-year-old girl.

According to Notus, the presence of the 42-year-old congressman from Florida was documented by three witness statements in still-sealed affidavits.

One of the witnesses described the alleged minor as a high school student who was seen naked at the party, where many drugs were allegedly in circulation, including ecstasy and cocaine.

The Republican was named in the documents because they were filed by lawyers trying to recover legal fees from Chris Dorworth, a lobbyist friendly with Gaetz who allegedly hosted the scandalous party at his Florida home.

Gaetz's office could not be reached for comment.

New court documents this week alleged that the party with the teenager took place on July 15, 2017.

Apparently she came to the party in her mother's car.

These documents are the first time witnesses have testified that Gaetz was present at the alleged party, something he has frequently denied.

Gaetz has become a close ally of former President Donald Trump in recent years and played a leading role in the dramatic ouster of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy last year.

In April, McCarthy caused a stir when he blamed his dismissal from office directly on “a person… a member of Congress who wanted me to drop an ethics complaint because he had slept with a 17-year-old.”

Allegations that Gaetz had sex with an underage girl first surfaced in 2021, when the Justice Department launched an investigation into the congressman.

The investigation was closed in February when the Justice Department dropped prosecution against Gaetz, despite allegations by another of Dorworth's alleged accomplices, local Florida state official Joel Greenberg, that Gaetz paid the teenager for sex, The Daily Beast reported.

The media had previously published alleged Venmo records showing Gaetz sending money to Greenberg and using a nickname for the teenager.

Gaetz, pictured here with his wife Giner in 2023, has denied any wrongdoing, and the Justice Department's investigation into the allegations ended in February when officials declined to prosecute the congressman.

Gaetz has emerged as a leading ally of former President Donald Trump in Congress in recent years and played a leading role in the dramatic ouster of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy last year.

After Notus first provided the affidavits, Dorworth told the outlet he had “never met” the 17-year-old and claimed, “She's lying about Matt Gaetz.”

Gaetz was previously the subject of a House ethics investigation in 2021, but that ended when the Justice Department launched its own investigation. The investigation was reopened after the congressman was not prosecuted.

The new allegations against Gaetz stem from a lawsuit filed by Dorworth claiming he was wrongfully implicated in the congressman's sex trafficking scandal.

Dorworth's lawsuit turned out to be a mistake, as the teenager named as a defendant in the suit sued the lobbyist, accusing him of rape.

The lobbyist later withdrew his lawsuit, but the lawyers involved in the case submitted the documents containing the affidavits to recoup their legal fees.
