Is Wisconsin playing today? Badgers' schedule for Week 4 in college football

The off season could not have come at a better time for the Wisconsin football club.

After a 42-10 win over No. 4 Alabama at Camp Randall Stadium, the Badgers can refocus and find some answers before they begin their long flight to No. 11 USC in Week 5. In last week's 42-10 loss to the Crimson Tide, Wisconsin was inferior in virtually every category, including total yards, as Alabama finished with 407 yards of offense compared to the Badgers' 290.

The off period also allows Luke Fickell and his coaching staff to do one of two things: either rest starting quarterback Tyler Van Dyke, who suffered a knee injury against Alabama, or give backup quarterback Braedyn Locke additional time to learn the offense and find chemistry with his playmakers. Locke completed 13 of 26 passes for 125 yards with a touchdown in last week's 42-10 loss to Alabama.
