Coldplay has officially announced two shows in Mumbai in January 2025. The famous band from Great Britain is returning to India after eight years with their “Music of the Sphere World Tour”. According to the band's website, general presale tickets for Mumbai will take place on Sunday, September 22nd at 12pm local time.

On Wednesday, BookMyShow Live, the live entertainment experience division of BookMyShow, shared the update with a small teaser on their official Instagram account.

The post shows a moving image of the announcement of Coldplay's performance in Mumbai. Coldplay will perform in 2025 as part of the Music of the Spheres World Tour. Further details about the concert will be announced shortly.

Meanwhile, fans are expressing their anticipation for the Coldplay concert in Mumbai next year.

“The best news… I can't wait to go to the show,” commented one social media user.

“Finally the band is coming back. Yay,” wrote another.

Coldplay performed at the Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai, India in 2016. The band, founded in 1997, consists of singer and pianist Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman and drummer and percussionist Will Champion.

“A Sky Full of Stars”, “Don't Panic”, “Viva la Vida” and “In My Place” are among the band's biggest hits.
