Man killed in head-on collision in Fayette County

A Washington County man died in a head-on collision in Fayette County on Saturday.

According to an accident report from the Pennsylvania State Police in Belle Vernon, the accident occurred before 11 p.m. on Brownsville Road in Jefferson Township when a truck crossed the center line and collided head-on with a sedan.

The driver of the sedan, identified as Quinte Brown, 26, of Donora, died at the scene.

The driver of the truck was taken to a hospital to be examined for his injuries. His current condition is unknown.

According to the accident report, PSP suspects that alcohol was involved.
