Green Bay Packers at Tennessee Titans odds, expert picks, how to watch: Winless Titans are slight favorites at home

“He's an adult and he knows better.” These words from Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan are just one of several signs of his frustration with quarterback Will Levis. The Titans are winless in the first two games of the NFL season following Levi's confusing decisions.

Despite the haphazard play of their quarterback in two devastating losses in Weeks 1 and 2 (both 24-17), the Titans are slight favorites over the Packers for this game in Nashville. In both losses, the Titans were either leading or tied in the fourth quarter. The offensive failures have let down Tennessee's defense, which allows the fewest yards allowed in the NFL.

The big question for this game is whether Jordan Love will return. The team said his status was a mid-game decision, which would mean he'd be back sooner than expected. Otherwise, Malik Willis could get his second straight start.

The Packers' top five players may have a lot to say about being underdogs. Last week, Green Bay managed 261 yards on the ground, the most in a game for the franchise since 2003. Speaking of diversification, four Packers had runs of at least 15 yards. Former rushing leader Josh Jacobs had 151 yards carrying the ball. But be careful: Jacobs has a history of a nagging back, and he hasn't had back-to-back 100-yard games since Week 12 in 2022.

The strength of Tennessee's defense lies in the secondary, which means the Packers will likely emphasize the running game on Sunday.

Tennessee wide receiver Calvin Ridley has made two of the NFL's 12 fastest plays this season: one running, the other receiving a pass. In both cases, Ridley clocked in at just over 20 mph. Speed can hurt the Packers, but if Levis makes another underhand pass that leads to an interception (like he did in the first two games), Titan fans will be flooding their TVs with overhand, underhand and sidehand passes.
