Usher deletes all his tweets after his friend Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested for sex trafficking

Tweet and delete?

Fans were confused after Usher deleted his entire X (formerly Twitter) history, days after his close friend and mentor Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested and charged with sex trafficking.

Since Sunday, all tweets from the “My Boo” singer’s account have disappeared, including his posts, media and replies.

The only thing fans can see on Usher's account are a few highlights, but two of them appear to be from hackers tweeting about cryptocurrency scams.

Fans wondered why the 45-year-old R&B singer deleted his profile, especially while he is in the middle of his highly anticipated Past, Present, Future tour.

“Nobody on Usher's team said that deleting 7,000 posts was going to look fucking crazy under the circumstances,” one user asked.

“Wow. Apparently @Usher deleted his entire Twitter/@X history. Why would someone so famous do that?” added another.

“Usher deleting his entire Twitter history says everything we need to know,” said a third fan.

Page Six reached out to Usher's representative for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

The “OMG” singer's close relationship with 54-year-old Combs was called into question following the arrest of the Bad Boy Records founder.

Although Usher was not accused of a crime, he and Ne-Yo were named as witnesses to Combs' physical abuse of singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura in Dawn Richards' lawsuit against the rap mogul.

Usher lived with the “Act Bad” rapper in New York in the 90s when he was about 14 or 15 years old so he could get to know the music industry.

In a 2004 interview with Rolling Stone, the “Love In This Club” singer said that during his time with Combs, “there were always girls around.”

“You would open a door and see someone or several people in a room having an orgy. You never knew what was going to happen,” he said.

Usher admitted that he also experimented with women, but did not have sexual intercourse until he was 19.

“It's funny, but I've never sucked a cock before,” he confessed. “I just did it until I noticed the girl was comfortable and then I stopped.”

In an interview on the “Howard Stern Show” in 2016, Usher said “very strange things” were happening that he didn’t fully understand.

“I had the opportunity to look at some things. I went there to see the lifestyle and I saw it. I don't know if I was able to get into it and understand what I was even looking at,” he said.

“I was curious myself. I just didn't understand it. It was pretty wild. It was crazy.”

Usher has not commented on his friend Combs' recent legal troubles, which began in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Ventura (38) filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of rape and abuse during their ten-year relationship.

Although the founder of Sean John denied the allegations, he and the “Me & U” singer agreed to a settlement the next day.

After several more court appearances and a raid on his homes in Miami and Los Angeles, Combs was arrested and charged with three counts: conspiracy to commit organized crime, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges and the father of seven is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
