Dan Campbell loves Lions fans despite harassment that forced him to sell his house

The safety concerns that prompted Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell to sell his Oakland County home this week have not changed his opinion of the team's fan base overall.

“I love our fans,” Campbell said in his weekly press conference Friday at Allen Park. “The fans are incredible. This city – there's no place I want to be and no other team I want to coach for. It's rare to have an environment like ours and be able to coach and play here. And that's what I always tell our guys: 'This is a rare place and you should enjoy it because not every place has it like we do.'”
