Hisar: Former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that once the Congress government is formed, he will “weed out” criminals and drug smugglers who are ruining the present and future generation of the state and they will be banned from residing in Haryana. The opposition leader addressed 16 public meetings in all four assembly seats of Sirsa district on Sunday and canvassed votes for the Congress candidates.
Hooda said the criminals and drug smugglers should leave the state before October 8 as the BJP governmentthat offers them protection will also leave the country. He said the Congress government will take power with a clear majority in the state.
“In the last ten years, the BJP government has ensured that drugs have reached every village, every street and every town. The Congress will put an end to this black drug empire,” he promised.
