Watch Cowboys player CeeDee Lamb freak out at Dak Prescott in an ugly sideline appearance

The Dallas Cowboys are coming off a third straight home defeat and fans are exhausted. They've given up 28 points (and counting) and Mike McCarthy's offense looks as boring as ever.

The Baltimore Ravens defense was a real turnstile to start the season, and yet Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb were unable to work their magic.

Lamb caught all three passes he was targeted for in the first half for 58 yards. While those aren't numbers, his three passes are the third most on the team behind Brandin Cooks and Jake Ferguson. Even running backs Ezekiel Elliott and Rico Dowdle caught two passes each.

Prescott didn't look Lamb's way at all on the first possession of the game. It's no secret that Lamb has been quiet and the offense is stuck in neutral. No one on the sideline is happy, but Lamb let his frustration out when he ran over Prescott after the offense's final drive of the first half. Lamb was also audibly frustrated during a conversation with Cowboys wide receivers coach Robert Prince Jr.

We admire Lamb's competitive spirit, but this was a terrible outing for the All-Pro. The Ravens aren't bothered by the Cowboys' other receivers and are locking Lamb in coverage. With Lamb's room to maneuver and the running game not a factor, Prescott has been throwing into tight windows all game.

Only when the All-22 is released will we know if Prescott is not on the field. Maybe Lamb is free? Ultimately, it's up to Mike McCarthy to get his superstar more touches. Once again, the offense is not taking advantage of pre-snap movement. McCarthy is making it easy for the Ravens defense.

Tempers flared over a poor performance, but Lamb's outburst toward Prescott was astonishing after his red zone fumble proved the turning point. Lamb caught a screen pass in the red zone that would have given the Cowboys a 1st-and-goal attempt. They were down 14-3 at the time, so the game was wide open.

Again, Lamb's frustration is understandable. He and Prescott won't allow the disagreement to fester, but it gives reporters and commentators the power to question the strength of the team. That adds another layer of embarrassment to another pathetic performance at home.
