The Piscataquis County Sheriff's Office reports arrests and incidents from September 1-14

GUILFORD – The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office has released its arrest and incident log for the period September 1-14, detailing numerous arrests and various reported incidents throughout the county.

During this time period, the Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests and citations, all of which were presumed innocent until proven guilty in court:

– Edward Sousa, 58, of Brownville, charged with illegal possession of a prescription drug.
– Kyle Rathburn, 31, of Parkman, charged with domestic violence.
– An arrest warrant is out for Eric Wallace, 38, of Brunswick.
– Leonard Maker, 53, of Guilford, charged with violating conditions of release.
– Derrick Corson, 32, of Cambridge, charged with burglary, operating a motor vehicle after a repeat offender’s license is revoked and arrest on a warrant.
– An arrest warrant was issued for Mark Joy, 61, of Sebec.
– Patrick Adams, 31, of Ripley, charged with driving without a license.
– Jonathan Jarrett, 50, of Sebec, charged with driving under the influence (OUI).
– Adam Doore, 43, of Dover-Foxcroft, is charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

The sheriff's office also issued 13 traffic tickets during this period.

Reported incidents ranged from welfare checks and suspicious activity to burglary alarms and traffic complaints.

Notable incidents included a burglary in Parkman, several car accidents resulting in property damage and injuries, and various disturbances, such as family disputes and harassment cases.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff's Office remains available to the community and reminds residents to report any suspicious activity or emergencies to local authorities.
