Travis Kelce's stats against the Falcons when Taylor Swift is at the game

Swift played in the Chiefs' first two games this season.

Although the Chiefs won both games, Kelce's activity was lower than expected. Against Baltimore, he caught just three passes for 34 yards earlier in the season. Then last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, Kelce caught just one pass for 5 yards. It was the first time since the 2018 season opener that Kelce caught fewer than three passes in a game.

Since their first game against the Chicago Bears in the 2023 season, Kelce has averaged 6.2 pass catches for 72.5 yards in games where Swift has been present. In the 15 games Swift has played in, Kelce has scored 5 touchdowns.

For comparison, in the games where Swift was absent, Kelce averaged 5.5 pass catches for 45.1 yards. In the 7 games where Swift was absent since the start of the 2023 season, Kelce scored 3 touchdowns.

In his career, Kelce has averaged 5.6 pass catches per game for 70.6 yards per game. In two games against the Falcons (2016 and 2020), Kelce has caught a total of 15 passes for 238 yards.

Will Taylor Swift be present on Sunday?

It is not yet known if Swift will be at Sunday's game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but since the 2023 Bears game, Swift has been at every Sunday Night Football game in which Kelce has played.

The Chiefs-Falcons game is scheduled to kick off at 8:20 p.m. on NBC.
