Concord and Bow police investigate possible shooting on Hooksett Turnpike

CONCORD, NH – Police are evacuating parts of the northwest Bow area just across the Concord border following a possible shooting Sunday night.

Just before 8 p.m., Bow police reported a domestic incident involving gunfire at a home on Hooksett Turnpike near Cedar Lane. Police told Concord dispatch the victim, a woman, drove into town and was in the Rite Aid parking lot on South Street. The woman said she was shot at but not hit.

Bow police asked that she be held there until they could come into town and make sure she was OK. Several officers from Concord went to the store to check on the woman and question her.
