A Newark man is facing charges of harassment and resisting arrest following an incident in the Wayne County village on Friday.

Nathaniel Clay, 40, allegedly struck another person with an object he threw during a domestic dispute. When Clay attempted to be taken into custody, he allegedly resisted arrest.
