Patrol reports 8 arrests in Northern Missouri on September 21 and 22, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released a report detailing arrests in Northern Missouri between September 21 and 22, 2024. According to the report, eight people were arrested during this period for various offenses, including driving under the influence of alcohol (DWI), drug possession, and other violations.

Dylan G. Moise31, of Peabody, Massachusetts, was arrested on September 21, 2024 at 5:49 p.m. in Ralls County. Moise faces several charges including possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, and a lane restriction violation. He was detained by the Ralls County Sheriff's Department and has since been released.

Jacqueline D. Peden35, of Troy, Kansas, was arrested on September 21, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in Worth County. Peden was arrested on a warrant from the Buchanan County Sheriff's Department for speeding. She was also charged with speeding. Peden was released on bond by the Worth County Sheriff's Department.

Daniel W. Smith40, of Bethany, Missouri, was arrested on September 21, 2024 at 8:02 p.m. in Harrison County. Smith was taken into custody on a warrant from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department for driving without a valid license. He was also charged with driving without a valid license on a highway. Smith was released on bond by the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center.

Emiliano Cruz Sanchez33, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, was arrested on September 21, 2024 at 10:05 p.m. in Harrison County. Sanchez was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless and careless driving, and driving without a valid license. He is being held at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center for 24 hours.

Karen L. Evans60, of Platte City, Missouri, was arrested in DeKalb County at 11:33 p.m. on September 21, 2024. Evans was charged with DUI and is currently being held in custody at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail for 24 hours.

Daniel K. Myrick40, of Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on September 22, 2024 at 1:40 a.m. in Clinton County. Myrick was charged with DUI and driving on the right side of the road. He will be held at the Clinton County Sheriff's Office for 24 hours.

Andrew W. Blankenship21, of Gretna, Nebraska, was arrested on September 22, 2024 at 6:31 p.m. in Atchison County. Blankenship is charged with driving under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by more than 26 miles per hour. He is being held in the Atchison County Jail for 12 hours.

Joseph M. Circo26, of Gladstone, Missouri, was arrested on September 22, 2024 at 9:03 p.m. in Caldwell County. Circo was charged with DUI (first offense), speeding, and failure to display valid license plates. He is being held at the Caldwell County Detention Center for 24 hours.
