Wood County residents are invited to share their opinions on alcohol and drug problems

WOOD COUNTY, WI (OnFocus) – Do you live or work in Wood County? Here's your chance to voice your opinion on important community issues and WIN a $25 Kwik Trip gas card!

The 2024 Wood County Community Opinion Survey on Alcohol and Other Drugs is now open and we need your input! This annual survey helps us better understand substance use in Wood County and gauge public awareness of current efforts to combat these issues. Your responses will help shape future initiatives and identify areas where more support is needed.

The survey only takes 10-15 minutes to complete and all responses are completely anonymous. After completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win a $25 Kwik Trip gas card.
