Accident leads to road closures and traffic diversions in Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – Drivers on East Dynamite Boulevard were diverted to Scottsdale Road Monday following an accident.

According to Scottsdale police, the northwest corner of the intersection was blocked due to an accident that forced traffic onto Scottsdale Road.

The left turn lane on Scottsdale Road northbound and the right turn lane on Scottsdale Road southbound were closed.

The eastbound Dynamite Road was also closed at Scottsdale Road.

Police urged drivers to take an alternative route and avoid the area.
