There was so much hype and anticipation surrounding Uso vs. Breakker that the main event of Monday's show would ultimately determine how the episode was received.

The match started slower but picked up pace later on, delivering a barrage of headlines and the result that fans both demanded and deserved. Their support for Uso has been unwavering since he entered singles action and his victory over Breakker was the only result.

The match felt like a big deal, a showdown worthy of a top-tier live event, duly hyped by the company and sold with commentary from Tessitore and Barrett.

The rest of the show was strong too. Even more focused.

Triple H and Co. kept things light on The Judgment Day, avoiding overexposure while spotlighting Woods, Kingston and a seemingly great New Day. The latest developments in this feud, the strong match between Zayn and Kaiser and Gunther denying him a championship opportunity, all provided more newsworthy storylines.

Add in the latest from Strowman and Reed ahead of next week's Last Monster Standing Match, a sneak peek at the returning Viking Raiders, and a haunting new QR Code from the Wyatt Sicks, and you have a show that made the most of its three-hour runtime and set the stage for future episodes.
