Sheetz opens second location in Beavercreek

BEAVERCREEK – Sheetz, a major Mid-Atlantic restaurant and convenience chain, will officially open its second location in Beavercreek on Tuesday, September 24.

The new store is located at 4215 Colonel Glenn Highway. Sheetz's first location in Beavercreek at 1270 N Fairfield Road opened in April.

Named one of the best places to work in America by Fortune, Sheetz will be hosting a grand opening celebration to mark the occasion. It will begin at 9 a.m. outside the store with the awarding of several prizes, including the grand prize of a year of free Sheetz. The store's official grand opening ceremony is set for 10:45 a.m. This new location, which will open to the public at 8 a.m., will also welcome customers by offering free self-serve coffee and soda throughout opening day.

In honor of this grand opening, Sheetz is donating $2,500 to The Foodbank, Inc., which serves as the primary food source for the Miami Valley hunger relief network. Customers attending the grand opening are asked to donate a non-perishable food item to the nonprofit. Donors will receive a Sheetz-branded item, limit one per customer, while supplies last, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

A second donation of $2,500 will also be presented to the Special Olympics of Ohio. Sheetz has been a proud supporter of the Special Olympics for over 30 years and also supports the organization through product donations and volunteering at events.

Ranked second on Fortune's recent list of the best places to work in retail, this location will employ approximately 30 people. Sheetz will offer its award-winning Made-to-Order (MTO) menu at this location, where customers can order any of Sheetz's customized specialty drinks or foods 24 hours a day.

Sheetz operates stores in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland. All stores are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
